About Me
Anne Rooney Counselling and Pyschotherapy Sligo offers private and confidential counselling to individuals, in-person in Sligo Town and online.
I work as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have a Degree in Counselling and an MA in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, and am an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I currently work in private practice and in a student counselling service at a third level institution in Sligo, offering one-to-one therapy to individuals across a broad range of issues including:

- Adoption
- Eating disorders
- Self-esteem
I have also spent a number of years working in maternal mental health with a focus on:
- Perinatal depression

I work in a comfortable, private room in Sligo Town and offer in-person and online appointments.
